A: We can manufacture 2000 pieces of outdoor led display panels every month ,and keeping the most popular LED panels in inventory,we can ship out the stock goods within 7 days. If we don’t have enough stock,the longest lead time is 15 days,because we can promise the material is being constantly replenished.

Q: How to handle training of new customer,being that you are so far away?

A: Firstly we will provide diagram drawings and instructions for clients, so they can have a general understanding of our led sign installations. Secondly,My company technical team can do Team Viewer session to configure the led display and show how to operate and play the content.Thirdly, we can send one technician to Europe to do service and technical support if on-site tech support is needed.Also we welcome clients send their technician to my factory to training.We offer room and board.Hope customer can know our led module better.
